Fiera Real Estate and Berkshire Axis Development Launch Addison Hall Business Park
Fiera Real Estate and Berkshire Axis Development broke ground this week on the CORE Fund’s Addison Hall Business Park, a 136,870-square-foot, three-building development in Aurora, Ontario designed to accommodate a variety of industrial ownership opportunities.
Fronting onto Highway 404 in the north end of the Markham, this property’s location offers ease of access across the GTA, an abundance of nearby amenities, excellent labour demographics and speed-to-market efficiency. The site is also about 15km north of Fiera’s Mobis Development at 51 & 53 Mobis Dr.
“This was a rare opportunistic “plug and play” industrial development opportunity, to provide new product with functional layouts and offers an opportunity for ownership to small businesses.” remarked Kathy Black, Senior Vice President, Development, Core & Opportunistic Strategies. “We, along with our trusted partners, continue to address demand for space and take advantage of the extremely strong GTA Industrial market, that shows a fifth consecutive quarter with an availability rate below 1.0%.”
These buildings will average at 45,000 sq/ft each and the project in its entirety is slated to be completed by Q4 2023.
