Fiera Real Estate and Le Groupe Kevlar inaugurate their new Bloome apartment project
Fiera Real Estate and Le Groupe Kevlar are proud to inaugurate the construction of their new rental real estate complex as they broke ground on Bloome apartments. Located on Saint-Joseph Boulevard at the corner of Montclair Boulevard, this new project is part of Gatineau’s desirable and revitalized downtown.

“The start of the construction of Bloome apartments fits perfectly with the revitalization works of the city. Thanks to an investment of $59 million, Saint-Joseph Boulevard will be redeveloped over the next few years, over 2.5 kilometres lined with parks, a bike path, and a redesigned commercial offer,” added the Hull-Wright Municipal councillor, Steve Moran.

Under the direction of design firm, A2 Design, common areas are reimagined to increase the living space by tenfold for the occupants from efficient lobbies to the interior courtyard and cozy lounges. The interior courtyard, with an in-ground pool, is a refreshing common space decorated with a contemplative garden, created by Version Paysage. The complex also offers a multi-purpose sports hall, with an area of 2,000 square feet dedicated to the well-being of its residents.
