Fiera Real Estate CORE Fund and Fiera Real Estate Industrial Fund acquired a new industrial portfolio
Both the Fiera Real Estate CORE Fund (‘CORE Fund’’) and Fiera Real Estate Industrial Fund (‘’Industrial Fund’’) have closed on a 100% interest in a 944,000 square foot portfolio of five new generation industrial assets in Brantford, ON, well located in proximity to Highway 403. The properties are spread across 58.4 acres, resulting in a low 37.1% site coverage.
Of the five assets acquired in this portfolio, 15 Kremer’s Way, 10 About Court, and 333 Henry Street were acquired by the CORE Fund while 36 Cornell Lane and 60 Abbott Court were acquired by the Industrial Fund.
The portfolio is 100% leased to 18 tenants with an emphasis on transportation, logistics and e-commerce, and below market rents providing excellent income security and offering longer term upside with Brantford being one of the only markets near the GTA yet to experience accelerated rental rate growth.
