Michael O’Sullivan

As Senior Vice President and Fund Manager, Michael O’Sullivan is responsible for the strategic direction of the Fiera Real Estate Small Cap Industrial Fund. His duties include oversight of the Fund’s investments, financial performance, and strategic planning of the assets to maximize returns on behalf of institutional pension fund clients.

Michael has been in the industry since 2004 and has experience in all facets of real estate including asset management, investments, and portfolio management. Prior to joining Fiera Real Estate (“FRE”), Michael spent more than 15 years overseeing the highly successful closed end industrial funds of Integrated Asset Management (“IAM”) which FRE acquired in 2019. Michael is a graduate of York University and earned an MBA from Edinburgh Business School. He has a Post Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation from the University of British Columbia.

In his spare time, Michael enjoys everything sports related, travelling, and being a chauffeur to his children.
