Erin Shirley-Wong

As Vice President, Asset Management, Erin Shirley-Wong is responsible for the asset management of Fiera Real Estate (“FRE”) funds, including supervision of third-party property management, preparation of annual operating budgets, and approval and execution of capital spending and leasing programs.

Erin joined the real estate industry in 2000. Prior to joining FRE, she worked at SmartCentres REIT as Vice President, Portfolio Management. During Erin’s 14 years at SmartCentres, her role included the asset management of a $3.0 billion portfolio of retail assets, including asset repositioning, portfolio level strategic initiatives, risk management responsibilities, as well as a number of corporate initiatives such as the quarterly valuations of SmartCentres’ $9.0 billion portfolio of real estate assets.

Prior to SmartCentres REIT, Erin worked as Manager, Development at Oxford Properties.

Erin earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph. In her spare time, Erin enjoys keeping active, reading, and being a Mom to her children.
