As Fund Manager of the Separately Managed Accounts at Fiera Real Estate (“FRE”), Graham oversees the strategies for individual client mandates. Because of the customized nature of these investment products, Graham’s role and responsibilities span a wide range that includes overseeing asset management, property business plans, client reporting, and project financing arrangements.

Graham began his career in commercial real estate in 1990 as a building design engineer at a large east-coast engineering consulting firm called ADI Limited. He later joined Roycom Inc. (FRE predecessor company) in 1998. Graham has had the opportunity to gain experience in most aspects of the real estate industry, starting as an analyst in the early 1990’s, progressing to Vice President of Asset Management, and assuming his current position as Fund Manager.  Graham earned an MBA from the University of New Brunswick a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Dalhousie University, and holds a professional engineering designation.
