Jean-Philippe Brault

Jean-Philippe Brault is responsible for sourcing and implementing real estate partnerships primarily in Eastern Canada for Fiera Real Estate’s (“FRE”) investment strategies.  He oversees projects over their complete lifecycle from initial investment to completion.

Jean-Philippe has been in the real estate industry since 2006, gaining extensive expertise in property valuation, market analysis, financing, and investments.  Prior to joining FRE in 2016, Jean-Philippe spent eight years in the Real Estate Advisory services of the largest accounting firm in Québec, where he developed strong analytical skills as well as a deep knowledge of multi-residential and commercial asset classes.  As part of FRE, he has been responsible for the development of more than 3,000 residential units representing over $750 million in value.  Jean-Philippe is a graduate from HEC Montréal and holds a Chartered Appraiser designation from the OEAQ.

In his spare time, Jean-Philippe enjoys running, cycling, looking after his children, and spinning vinyl.
