Maria BeirnesCPA, CA

As Director, Asset Management, Maria is responsible for properties in the Fiera Real Estate CORE Fund and Segregated Funds. Maria currently oversees all asset classes located in GTA West, Halifax, Montreal, Ottawa and Calgary. Maria has extensive experience in asset management, valuation, leasing, investments, as well as fund reporting and investor relations. Prior to joining Fiera, Maria worked at Fengate Asset Management, in the role of their Asset Manager for two and a half years and Manager of Financial Reporting and Compliance for two years. She was responsible for overseeing $1.3 billion of office, retail, residential and development properties in Canada. Subsequently, Maria worked within the private company services audit group at Collins Barrow LLP.

Maria holds a Bachelors of Accounting from Brock University and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario.
