Pascal Ouellette joined the Real Estate Financing Team in 2012.

Mr. Ouellette holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), specialized in finance from HEC Montréal, and has almost 25 years of financing experience, including 12 years in real estate financing. Through his contributions to numerous large-scale projects, he has developed an expertise for structuring innovative and creative financing solutions. Over his career, he has managed several development teams, and more recently worked for three years at a major Canadian bank, overseeing their builder development team for Quebec.
