The Fiera Mezzanine Financing Fund was launched in September 2015 to provide investors with an opportunity to invest in higher-yielding real estate debt products secured against projects and properties located in core Canadian markets.
The Fund invests primarily in second-lien construction financing to sponsors that are well-known to Fiera Real Estate through existing or future partnerships.
