225 Gibraltar Road : Industrial Development of the Year

Fiera Real Estate, alongside Berkshire Axis Development, is pleased to announce our recognition as the INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE YEAR at the 2020 NAIOP Greater Toronto Chapter’s Real Estate Excellence (REX) Awards for the 225 Gibraltar Road project. This project, 105,000 square feet of Class ‘A’ light industrial new build condos in Vaughan, started and finished in just over two years.

225 Gibraltar Road showcases the innovative leadership of the partnership between Fiera, Berkshire and its partners, creating highly sought-after GTA industrial condos. This award also celebrates the business owners who chose to invest in their business‘ futures by purchasing at 225 Gibraltar.
