A New Financing Agreement with Broccolini

We are pleased to announce that Fiera Real Estate has structured a financing agreement with Broccolini for the acquisition of 2,500,000 square feet of industrial land.

This land parcel, which will house a future industrial development, is strategically located on the North Shore of Montreal, at the corner of Industriel Boulevard and Condor Street in Saint-Eustache. The site benefits from a prime location with many densely populated and growing urban centres and industrial parks nearby. The land parcel is close to public transportation and offers easy access to Highways 13 and 640, in addition to being situated less than 30 minutes from the Montreal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport.
