Fiera Real Estate and Panattoni Announce Acquisition of Westlink Business Park
Fiera Real Estate, in partnership with Panattoni Development Company, on behalf of Fiera Real Estate Development Fund IV LP, is pleased to announce the recent purchase of 152 acres of land zoned for industrial development in Acheson, Alberta.
The site fronts directly onto Highway 16A and will benefit from a new traffic light intersection at Highway 16A and Spruce Valley Road for unmatched access into the business park. The site is an excellent location for logistics and other industrial uses located minutes away from the City of Edmonton boundary along with nearby access to Highway 60, the Trans Canada Highway, and Anthony Henday Drive.
Subdivision and engineering design work will be ongoing in 2023 in preparation for land servicing work, which can commence immediately to coincide with new market demand. Westlink Business Park will offer a variety of parcel sizes for development including some of the largest industrial lot configurations in the Edmonton region.
Acheson continues to prove attractive to large-scale users due to its shovel-ready industrial land and proximity to major highways and the CN intermodal yard.
