Fiera Real Estate Industrial Fund expands with the acquisition of the Burlington Industrial Portfolio

The Fiera Real Estate Industrial Fund has closed on a 100% interest in a small bay, multi-tenant industrial portfolio composed of five buildings on four legal parcels totalling 178,000 square feet. The portfolio is well located in proximity to the Queen Elizabeth Way in Burlington, Ontario and spread across 10.31 acres, resulting in a low 39.7% site coverage.

The rent roll provides significant diversity across 49 tenancies with no one tenant representing more than 7.5% of net leasable area.
