Le Dennis : Fiera Real Estate’s latest financing agreement

We are pleased to announce that the Fiera Real Estate Financing team has structured a financing agreement with Investissements MRB Inc. for the construction of the Le Dennis project.

This all-inclusive rental condo project will include 45 modern units over three floors and underground parking. The project will offer one- to three-bedroom units and some of these units will have a direct view of the St. Lawrence River.
