New Financing Agreement for Vivacité Rive-Nord and Vivaxcès Projects
We are pleased to announce that the Canadian Real Estate Debt team has structured a financing agreement with Espaces Lokalia to finance part of the construction costs related to the Vivacité Rive-Nord project in Saint-Jérôme and the Vivaxcès project in Valleyfield, Québec.
The Vivacité Rive-Nord project will comprise two phases. The first phase is anticipated to include a 12-storey, 129-unit multi-residential rental building, with two underground levels providing a total of 131 parking spaces. This building will offer several amenities, including a gymnasium, billiard room, lounge, and outdoor in-ground pool with terraces. The site is located on rue St-Joseph in Saint-Jérôme, on the banks of the Rivière-du-Nord and close to downtown, where residents can enjoy a wide range of shops and services, and it benefits from being close proximity to Highway 15, the train station, and the Carrefour du Nord shopping centre, the largest in the Laurentians.
The Vivaxcès project will feature 284 multi-residential rental units spread over 10 floors, and two underground levels that will accommodate 253 parking spaces and 40 electric charging stations. The project is located at the intersection of Rue Alphonse-Desjardins and Rue Buntin, in the heart of downtown Salaberry-de-Valleyfield. Future residents will benefit from numerous amenities, including a gymnasium, communal living spaces, and a terrace with in-ground pool on the building’s roof.
