The NOCA project has been awarded a prize at the ACQ’s Prix Construire 2023

We are pleased to announce that one of our real estate projects, NOCA, won the award in the “Design” category at the Association de la construction du Québec (ACQ) Construire 2023 Awards gala held on May 6th at the Manoir Richelieu in Charlevoix.

This distinction recognizes the value of the work accomplished by the team of DevMcGill – Cogir Real Estate Division, Provencher_Roy Architects and Alain Desgagné of Innedesign, who have put forward a high-end project to ensure the well-being of occupants through the high quality of its design and construction.

The Construire Awards gala rewards the talent, commitment and excellence of companies and individuals who make a positive contribution to the construction industry in Quebec. The ACQ thus highlights the quality of their achievements and their contribution to the growth of the Quebec economy.

The name NOCA comes from “NO” in North and from “CA” in canal, in recognition to the currently existing neighbourhood which this unique project is redefining and reinventing in all its elements. This daring and innovative project of nearly 300 units is located near the Lachine Canal, in the Griffintown district. Every element has been designed to ensure the well-being of its residents with unparalleled design and construction quality. The NOCA project offers an all-inclusive package to its residents: workspace, sharing space, conference room, gym, multi-sport area and rooftop pool.

“Fiera Real Estate is very pleased to partner with the NOCA project. This is an ambitious and innovative project that represents the principles that guide Fiera’s Real Estate investments”, said Pierre Pelletier, Head of Real Estate Development and Financing – Canada.
