Greg Martin leads Fiera Real Estate’s (“FRE”) Strategy, Planning, and Analytics team which focuses on providing Fund Managers and the investment management teams with critical decision-making insights. This intelligence is developed from robust macro-economic and local real estate market research, forward modeling, and industry analytics, and culminates in strategies designed to drive outperformance and risk-aware investment decisions.

Greg has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1998. Prior to joining FRE, Greg led the Canadian finance team for eight years at Standard Life Investments. Previous to that, he also held finance leadership roles at BMO, Vornado Realty Trust in New York, and worked directly with institutional investors in the Real Estate Investment Consulting Group at AonHewitt. Greg is a graduate of St. Francis Xavier University and the MBA program at Saint Mary’s university, and holds a CPA (Chartered Accountant) designation.

In his spare time, Greg coaches hockey and baseball and enjoys spending time with his friends and two sons.
