Gryphon Raeburn-Power

Gryphon Raeburn-Power joined the Real Estate Financing Team in July 2019.

Mr. Raeburn-Power has more than eight years of experience in real estate development and construction financing. Before joining Fiera Real Estate, he held successive roles at a boutique private equity firm where he ultimately became manager of the analyst team. In these roles, he originated and structured loans for new construction projects and worked on a variety of real estate development, mergers and acquisitions, as well as asset management mandates with a focus in the retirement home industry. Previously, Mr. Raeburn-Power worked in Brookfield’s Market Research Group.

Gryphon Raeburn-Power graduated from Carleton University with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCom).
