Quinntin FongCPA, CA

As Senior Vice President, Finance, Quinntin oversees the finance and investment support teams for all Canadian funds including strategy, planning and analytics, financial reporting, property accounting, financial systems, treasury and taxation. Prior to this role he held various positions within the strategy, planning and analytics team.

In his capacity as the Deputy Fund Manager for the Fiera Real Estate Industrial Fund, Quinntin supports the Fund Manager in executing the investment strategy, strategic planning for the assets, maximizing fund performance, capital raising, and investor management.

Prior to joining Fiera Real Estate in 2019 with the acquisition of IAM Real Estate Group, Quinntin was the Director of Finance where he oversaw all financial operations including fund reporting, property accounting, and financial analysis. Quinntin was also a Senior Manager at a Big 4 accounting firm where he worked in the Real Estate practice with clients invested in various asset classes in both private vehicles and REITs.

Quinntin has a Bachelor of Math degree with a finance specialization and a Master of Accounting  degree from the University of Waterloo and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
