Quinntin FongCPA, CA

As Senior Vice President and Fund Manager for the Fiera Real Estate Industrial Fund (“Fund”), Quinntin Fong is responsible for the strategic direction and performance of the Fund. His duties includes oversight of the Fund’s investments, financial strategy, and investor management. Quinntin is a member of the Fund’s investment committee.

Quinntin joined Fiera Real Estate in 2019 with the acquisition of the IAM Real Estate Group (formerly GPM) and has served in progressively more senior roles within fund management, strategy, and finance. Prior to Fiera Real Estate, Quinntin worked at KPMG providing audit and advisory services to real estate clients, which included M&A due diligence, securities offerings, real estate valuations and financial statement audits.

Quinntin has a Bachelor of Math degree with a finance specialization and a Master of Accounting  degree from the University of Waterloo and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
